Benchmark Capital has appointed Lavanya Rajalingam as Senior Advisor, Private Capital, strengthening the firm’s private capital capabilities and investor relationships as its investment platform continues to grow.
Lavanya brings more than 17 years of experience across investment banking, private wealth management and independent investment advisory, including senior relationship management and strategy roles at J.P. Morgan in Sydney, London and New York.
Throughout her career, Lavanya has worked closely with large, multi-generational families, developing deep expertise in long-term capital stewardship and building strong connections across the global family office ecosystem.
Her experience spanning private banking and independent investment advisory brings a valuable perspective to Benchmark as the firm continues to expand its private capital strategy and deepen relationships across its investor network.
As Benchmark continues to grow its investment platform and development-backed opportunities alongside FYVE and Binah, Lavanya’s institutional background, global perspective and experience advising sophisticated investors will further strengthen the firm’s strategic capabilities.
