Benchmark Capital has acquired a prime residential development site in Rose Bay, marking an important addition to the Benchmark Opportunity Fund portfolio.
Located in one of Sydney’s most tightly held Eastern Suburbs markets, the site presents an opportunity to deliver a boutique residential development designed for the local owner-occupier market.
The acquisition reflects Benchmark Capital’s investment approach of identifying opportunities in established locations where scarcity, strong amenity and sustained demand provide compelling underlying fundamentals.
The project will now progress through design and planning, with a focus on delivering a high-quality residential offering that responds to its Rose Bay setting.
“Rose Bay represents exactly the type of market we look for: tightly held, well connected and supported by strong underlying demand. We see an opportunity to create a considered residential development while delivering an attractive investment proposition for our investors.” Fawaz Sankari, Co-Founder and CEO of Benchmark Capital.
Further project updates will be shared as the development progresses.
